If your product is defective, let us know within 30 days of delivery (or longer for some items, please check with us) of receiving your order and we'll either send you a replacement or issue a refund. Reach out to us at email@example.com, or on the chat with your order number and a photo of the fault.
We believe in our products so much that we offer a 30 day no-hassle refund policy (even longer for some items, please check with us if you're not sure!). If you're unhappy about your purchase for any reason, send us the product back and we'll refund your money (excluding shipping fee) immediately.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To return your product, contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org to verify you are eligible for a return.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it gets lost in the post.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Please note that while we do our best to accommodate any changes to orders, any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
