WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPING? 

All items are subject to a processing period before they are shipped.  Most orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days of payment.  You will receive an email when your items have been shipped.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)? 

Our flagship items "The Magnetic Lash" and "Lash Growth Serum" ships from different locations depending on where you're ordering from.  

As of October for US orders, and November for UK orders, The Magnetic Lash and Lash Growth Serum are shipping locally and will arrive in 2-4 days.

Orders for The Magnetic Lash to other countries may be shipped from the US or internationally, arriving typically in 2-3 weeks, but please allow up to 28 days. 

 Products other than The Magnetic Lash and Lash Growth Serum are shipped internationally from countries such as UK, Canada, China and Hong Kong, and most orders arrive to the US, UK, Canada and Australia in 2-3 weeks from shipment, but please allow up to 28 days. 

Shipping to the rest of the world is estimated at 20-40 days delivery time from confirmation of shipment.

WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER? 

In some cases, in order to continue passing savings on to our customers, some of our products ship without a tracking number. However, your orders have a 100% delivery guarantee. Please see below for details.

IS MY ORDER GUARANTEED? 
Yes! If for some reason you don’t receive your order within the time frame specified above, send us an email and we’ll check your tracking.  If it appears to be lost in transit we will send a free replacement.  If your tracking number shows that the order was delivered, but you claim to not have received it, we will offer a replacement (at our discretion, on a case to case basis)

WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER INVALID? 
When shipping items from international suppliers, it takes several days for the tracking numbers to show up as valid in the tracking website. 

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE? 
Products might be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving your products. However, we are trying our best to combine shipments whenever possible. If you have any other questions, send us an email and we will do our best to help you out.
