    I can’t wait for longer lashes – when will my order be shipped?

    Sit tight ladies. Every order is scheduled immediately at the confirmation of your order, orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 days of payment. We will drop you a line via email as soon as your order has hit the road.

    When will my order arrive at my door?

    Our items ship from different locations depending on where you're ordering from.
     

    Please read carefully the following information, including average shipping times:

    USA

    Standard 3-6 Days (From USA, DHL/USPS tracked)

    Express 1-3 Days (From USA, DHL/USPS tracked)
    UK 2-3 Days (From UK, untracked 2nd Class Royal Mail)
    Canada 7-12 Business Days (From USA, Tracked)
    EU

    5-8 Business Days (From UK or Netherlands depending on stock levels)

    Note that any duties incurred are at the cost of the customer.

    Standard: 2-5 days (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, ACT)
    Standard: 3-8 days (NT, WA, TAS)

    Express: 1-3 days (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, ACT)
    Express: 2-5 days (NT, WA, TAS)

    IS MY ORDER GUARANTEED TO ARRIVE? 

    Yes, absolutely! While we can't guarantee your order will absolutely arrive in the above stated timeframes (we can't control the mail!). For those rare occasions where an order hasn't been received by the customer, we will regard it as "lost in transit" and resend your order. 
    For US and UK orders, we will regard orders as lost in transit if you haven't received them after 10 business days, for the rest of the world after 18 business days.  Please wait these respective timeframes before contacting us, as we will not re-send packages until these timeframes have passed.                                                                                                                  

    Will my multiple items be shipped together?                                         

    Yes, multiple items in the same order will be shipped together in one package. Please note that orders containing pre sale or back ordered items wait to ship together when all items are in stock.
