Create an account on our website using your email address.

If you’ve previously shopped with us using that same email, the points earned from those purchases are already recorded in our system. Once you activate your account, those points will automatically appear in your rewards dashboard.

Points are tracked by email.

To view, manage, and redeem your points, you must create an account using the same email address you used at checkout.

You earn points when you:

• Create an account
• Make purchases
• Enter your birthday
• Participate in select promotions

Additional earning opportunities may be offered throughout the year.

• Log into your account and visit your Rewards Dashboard. When you redeem points there, a reward code will be generated for you to apply at checkout.

• Redeem automatically at checkout. If you’re eligible, you’ll see the option right there during checkout — no extra steps.

Points must be redeemed before placing your order and cannot be applied retroactively.

Log into your account and open your Rewards Dashboard. Your current points balance will be displayed at the top.

Yes. Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned.

Each point has its own expiration date, and expiration is not extended by purchases or account activity.

Once a reward is redeemed and converted into a code, it does not expire unless otherwise stated.

Rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotional offers, or subscription discounts.

Only one discount may be applied per order.

Birthday points are issued on your birthday.

If you add your birthday within 30 days of that date, you’ll receive your reward next year.

Rewards must be applied at checkout and cannot be added once an order has been completed.
