It takes about 2-3 weeks to see measurable effect but once it starts working, even if you use it a few times a week it does a great job of keeping lash length! My lashes have grown maybe an additional 1/3rd of their length at least as someone who already had fairly long lashes. It does make a huge differences and my lashes also look significantly stronger.
