GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Competition Dates: The giveaway begins on Nov. 7 and closes on Dec. 3 at 11:59 PM (USA EST). Deadline may be extended. Entries submitted outside this time frame will not be considered.
- Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and older. Employees of Silly George, their immediate families, and anyone else connected professionally with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
- How to Enter: To enter, participants must provide their email address via the entry form during the specified time frame. Only one entry per person is allowed; multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
- Prize Details: The prize consists of a $500 gift card, provided as a digital voucher, redeemable exclusively on the Silly George website. The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. It can be used to purchase any available products at the time of redemption, including pre-order items.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and will be notified via email on within 7 days of the end of the contest. The winner will be notified 3 times via email. If winner does not respond within 2 weeks an alternative winner may be selected.
- Winner Announcement: By participating, entrants agree to have their name publicly announced as the winner on Silly George’s website and social media channels, unless they specifically request otherwise.
- Disqualification: Silly George reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraudulent activity.
- Data Privacy: Email addresses collected through this giveaway will be used in accordance with Silly George’s privacy policy and may be used for future marketing communications. Participants can opt out at any time.
- Force Majeure: Silly George reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
